226 Hot Wing 1

Finishes

ISSUE :: We Owe You Clothing?

IN YOUR OWN WORDS :: Recently I purchased the Hot wing for my Stella from scooter west. First off I must say This exhaust is freaking beautiful. That being said I believe you folks at 226 owe me a new pair of shorts, for not giving any warning to what will happen in your pants the first time you see this.

Now on to the second part sadly scooter west did not send any instructions. I was hoping I could possibly come to you for a PDF version or possibly a fax of them. I feel confident enough to install with out directions but I would make me much more confident that I can trouble shoot any problems that may occur.
Your loyal fan (if i get a new pair of pants),

ISSUE :: To buy or not to buy

IN YOUR OWN WORDS :: Thanks for the update. All the good comments that I have heard about 226, is what made me purchase from you. That and the support that I have heard from the guy's over at Paisans.org was the deal sealer.

Thank You Again,

Christopher

ISSUE :: Making your performance upgrades count

IN YOUR OWN WORDS :: After installing the Hot Wing last night I went for a ride. At first the motor was cold and just got the usual sputtering and whatnot. As it began to warm up I noticed the top end revs really catching on. When I got up to temp it was like flipping a switch. At about 5500 RPM the scoot would just learch forward and pull like a beast. The power was amazing! It's like the new pipe unlocked all the potential in the other performance parts. What a freakin' blast!! The $500 (roughly) I spent on the Hot Wing got the juice pumping better than the other $2000 worth of parts I've put on this thing.

226 Hot Wing 2 Custom Finish

Finishes

ISSUE :: Initially unhappy with Chrome EX finish

IN YOUR OWN WORDS :: What's up fellas,

Thanks for the offer of returning the pipe and what not, but the fact is I settled into the idea of keeping this pipe before I installed it. Just like you said waiting was out of the question.......weather was just too nice.

Honestly, I dig the finish, and I am happy 100%. You guys are stand up dudes for offering the return but that's not really what I had in mind. The best thing for me was that you made the website clear...

I have a repair shop in St. Louis, I'm the only one that only does scooters, evan the dealers rep motorcycles harder than scooters. I'm just saying that I know how to keep people happy. It is mainly good communication, and good products / service. You all got both, job well done.

Thanks,

Robert

I'll rep this pipe hard when someone's looking for more than a Sito.
